Text Messaging (SMS)
We operate text messaging programs. Urological Consultants of Florida sends text messages in two circumstances: to patients and visitors who have expressly opted in to receive communications from us, and to our own physicians and staff who receive automated operational alerts as part of on-call duty. We do not send text messages to anyone who has not opted in.
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on the program you opted into and on your interactions with us. Patient communications are typically infrequent; on-call staff alerts are sent only when an after-hours call requires a callback, and are generally fewer than ten messages per night.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to any message you send or receive. We are not responsible for these charges.
You can get help or opt out at any time. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at [email protected]. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving further messages from that program; you may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. To resume messages after opting out, reply START.
